Question 1: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available any time after 14:00.
Check-out must be done before 10:00 on the day of departure.
Question 2: Is breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast is not automatically included in all room prices. There is an on-site restaurant available that serves breakfast every morning, and guests can enjoy breakfast there during their stay.
Question 3: Do you provide towels, linen, shower gel, and soap?
Yes. Fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided in the rooms for your stay, so guests do not need to bring their own bedding or bathroom towels.
Please note that swimming towels are not provided, so guests must bring their own towels for the swimming pool. Soap, shower gel, shampoo, and personal toiletries must also be brought along.
Question 4: Do the rooms have aircons or heaters?
The rooms do not have air conditioning or heaters, but they are equipped with fan-assisted cooling to help keep the room fresh and comfortable during warmer days.
Question 4: Do you have WiFi?
WiFi is only available close to the main building. However, most areas of the resort have fair to good cellphone signal, so guests can still stay connected during their stay.

Brilliant service ..... After a last minute booking done in 15 minutes with their staff assisting with everything to make us feel comfortable. Would definitely stay here again for a weekend getaway. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the Je t'aime room. The breakfast great. Really big portions and delicious. Had the full body massage(was fantastic and so relaxing). Pools were sparkling and lovely temperature. Spacious room with beautiful big and spotless bathroom. The resort is lush and green and very quiet. Only snag was the man and woman staying next to us who had no respect for their neighbours and made noise till 2am. But that is no fault of the resort. Could maybe just invest in soundproofing the joining door between the rooms. But other than that, we will be returning again! - Renier Sonnekus
